A little Bob Marley during the workday can make even the highest stress of days go a little easier. Having some easy listening or your favorite tunes playing lightly in the background can help keep you in the zone and keep your day rolling.

Some people love to have the music blaring and some like to keep it low. Whatever your volume choice, studies show that music can have a positive effect on your mood. Research also says, playing background music while working can increase productivity and efficiency.
